Position Details
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday, finished by 5 PM daily
- Scan and process bills with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients via email and mail.
- Transfer financial data from E2 software to QuickBooks .
- Maintain organized billing records and ensure timely processing.
- Experience with 3rd-party billing software
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
