Engineering Supervisor – The Sunny, Sunny Isles Beach Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel, ensuring guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Maintain high morale for the engineering shift, teach engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment, solicit suggestions and input from team members, coach and counsel staff effectively, and consistently achieve department standards. Address problems with employees promptly as they arise.
