Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Planet Fitness in Howell Township, NJ is hiring a Front Desk Associate. You will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, assist with check-in, memberships, and questions, while upholding the Judgement Free Zone.
You will promote club policies, conduct tours for prospective members, and support daily operations with a positive, reliable attitude. Expect to greet guests, handle sign-ups, process payments, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
