Immerse yourself in a diverse outpatient caseload, working 1-on-1 with patients ranging from ages 10 to 100, with conditions spanning ortho to neuro. Exposure to inpatient settings through occasional float opportunities means you'll refine your adaptability and broaden your clinical skills. Collaborate alongside experienced healthcare professionals, strengthen your documentation proficiency using Epic, and be part of a supportive environment where mentorship and development are prioritized. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes and the quality of care delivered.


Schedule / Hours:

• 36-40 hours/week
• Monday-Friday; no weekends, holidays, or call
• Evening hours required (flexible options: 3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8s; tailored to your preference)
• Clinic Hours: 7a-7p

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), eligible to practice in Ohio
• Minimum of one year of hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and clinical skills
• Proficient with documentation (Epic experience a plus)
• Skilled in managing ortho and neuro cases across broad age ranges
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
• Effective time management and teamwork abilities
