TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80907!

Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Open Heart experience and/or Endovascular experience. Scrubbing required. Description: Hiring Process includes profile review and interview with the unit manager. The unit has 16 surgical suites with an average of 30 cases per day, including 1-2 open-heart cases. Common cases include open heart, TAVR, open/endovascular, and thoracic procedures. Charge Nurse/House Supervisor oversees operations alongside a team of eight surgical techs. Shifts are scheduled from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with negotiable shift preferences. Call requirements include one weekday per week and one weekend per month, with a response time of 30 minutes. Team members have access to on-site accommodations during call. Floating to General OR may be required if there are no CVOR cases. Team members are required to wear hospital-provided light blue scrubs. Cancellation policy allows for up to four shifts to be canceled per assignment. The charting system used is EPIC. This position does not require a BSN. Trauma level and care setting are categorized under acute nursing.
