We are seeking a highly motivated Office/Project Manager to join our team in Corpus Christi. This detail-oriented professional thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing extensive office experience and proficiency in QuickBooks. The role involves managing both internal and client projects, handling payroll, invoicing, product ordering, scheduling, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily client interaction and team coordination are key aspects, making this position integral to our growing franchise's success and offering clear opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate both internal and client projects
- Interact with clients daily to maintain strong relationships
- Schedule team activities and appointments
- Prepare quotes and handle invoicing
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Order products and manage inventory needs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Use QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and email for project management and administration
- Coordinate and support team collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience managing both internal and client-facing projects
