Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities for Class A office interior projects ($3M+) Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and quality standards are met Oversee site logistics within occupied buildings and active office environments Maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance Conduct regular site walks to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to plans Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, and clients Manage punch list completion and oversee project closeout Identify and resolve issues quickly in fast-track, deadline-driven environments MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
