Job Details

Requirements:

• Mid-level to senior experience in estate planning and related matters
• Drafting proficiency: wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, POAs, health directives
• Familiarity with gift/estate tax planning concepts preferred
• Trust/estate administration experience is a plus
• Strong client management skills and ability to run portions of matters independently
• VA bar required (or ability to obtain)
