LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Spring City Care and Rehab Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-first care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver hands-on clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring, while supporting personalized care plans for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents.
