Janitorial Associate

Our client, in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Janitorial Associates to join their team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be part of the cleaning and maintenance department supporting the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Janitorial Associate Location: Green Bay, WI Pay: $18.00 Shift: Second shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm What's the Job?- Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
- Dust and wipe vertical surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize various areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Vacuum and dust mop floors regularly
- Restock cleaning supplies and products as needed
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Comfortable walking 4 to 5 miles daily and performing physical tasks
- Ability to wear steel-toed footwear throughout the shift
- Adaptability to changing daily tasks and environments
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
