Career growth and development Tuition assistance Diverse and collaborative working environment Affordable and comprehensive benefits package The OR Inventory Coordinator is responsible for cost‑effective and timely ordering and flow of sterile and non‑sterile supplies, services, and equipment to the operating room. Must have background in surgical services, including knowledge of OR supplies, instrumentation, and equipment needed. Duties require external contacts, in person or over the phone, representing a variety of surgical services or capabilities. Internal contacts are required outside the surgical services work group to resolve mutual problems. This position will also be responsible for transporting instrument case carts to ORs throughout the hospital. Education & Experience High school diploma required Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in an operating room or sterile supply environment with extensive knowledge of operating room supplies, equipment, and instrumentation required. Experience in procurement, inventory control, and supply chain management also desired. Salary Range Minimum $17.37/hour – Maximum $28.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
