LPC/LCSW (CBT-I (Insomnia) Specialist) - 100% remote position!

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) .

You'll work alongside board-certified sleep specialists to deliver evidence-based care for patients struggling with chronic insomnia. Whether you prefer telemedicine, in-office, or a hybrid schedule , we offer the flexibility and support you need to thrive.

Position Details:

Position: LPC/LCSW (CBT-I (Insomnia Specialist) - 100% remote position!
Employment Type: Full-time /40 hours /week
Location: Remote (Telemedicine)
Compensation: $58-$62 per hour

What You'll Do:

Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to patients experiencing chronic sleep disorders.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver care through both telemedicine and in-office appointments.
Collaborate closely with our physicians and sleep specialists to provide coordinated patient care.
Educate and empower patients with evidence-based strategies to improve sleep health.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
Active Texas license as an LPC or LCSW .
Minimum 3 years of CBT-I experience .
Experience providing care through telemedicine and in-office visits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
