Senior Maintenance Technician

Senior Maintenance TechnicianMcKinley is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our communities located in Taylor, MI! Compensation: $20-25/hour + on call bonuses + full benefits package Position Information: As the Maintenance and Grounds expert of your community you will be responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair physical structures of buildings and grounds.Responsibilities:Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, dry wall repair, appliance maintenance, carpet cleaning and exterior structure maintenanceEnsure the physical aspects of the property meet the company standards and applicable lawsKeeping our apartment community in a clean and orderly conditionRequirements:Experience working in maintenance, groundskeeping, or other tradesSkills in one or more technical areas desired including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry and drywallEPA Universal Certification preferred but not requiredPrevious residential maintenance experience desiredOn-call duty, including weekends and holidays requiredA valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredMcKinley Companies LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a smoke-free environment in all locations.
