Own the details that move furniture from our floor to customers' doors
Picture this: an email arrives about an order update, a return request needs attention, and the warehouse is preparing shipments. You connect the dots—answering with a friendly, professional tone, updating the WMS, and partnering with shipping/receiving to keep everything accurate and on time. If that sounds like your kind of rhythm, this role is for you.
Your mission- Serve as the central point for order communications via email.
- Deliver positive, solution-oriented customer service.
- Coordinate and assist with customer returns.
- Navigate a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track orders and maintain status accuracy.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to support daily warehouse operations.
- Strong computer literacy and professional email skills.
- Customer service experience and an upbeat, can-do mindset.
- Exposure to any WMS platform.
- Background in shipping/receiving and warehouse work.
