You'll use GenAI-powered development tools to enhance code quality and ship faster in a highly motivated, fast-paced, and collaborative team with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to engineering excellence.Key job responsibilities- Design and build robust, scalable software systems that enhance product experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers- Own the complete lifecycle of software features — system design, implementation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of production services at scale- Develop scalable, automated solutions for complex technical challenges including distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and user-facing applications- Design and execute experiments to evaluate software solutions, ensuring data-driven optimization and measurable impact on product metrics- Contribute directly to critical system components, writing high-quality code that ensures engineering excellence in performance, reliability, and maintainability- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that align with product objectives and user needs- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with team members, and contribute to engineering standards that promote code quality and team effectivenessAbout the teamThe Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through novel GenAI technologies, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon.com and beyond. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
