Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while supporting our patients from the comfort of your own home. You will engage in regular virtual interactions with both clients and interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, social workers, and occupational therapists, to ensure tailored care for each individual. The flexible work schedule allows for regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, accommodating personal commitments while meeting patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific emotional and psychological care needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on emotional challenges associated with aging, loss, and life changes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
