Associate Veterinarian – Emergency Medicine Position Overview
Seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to provide emergency medical and surgical care for small animals in a dedicated emergency hospital. The role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to a wide variety of emergency cases. Both experienced and early-career veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
Practice Overview- Emergency-only small animal practice
- Average caseload: 10–15 patients per doctor daily
- Approximately 3:1 technician-to-doctor support ratio
- Caseload includes emergency medicine and surgery
- Collaborative and supportive team culture
- Modern facilities equipped with:
- Digital radiography
- Ultrasound
- In-house laboratory
- Dental suite
- Surgical suite
- Annual salary: $130,000–$150,000 , plus production bonus
- Sign-on bonus of up to $100,000 (with applicable commitment)

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- Eligible for veterinary licensure
- Compassionate, client-focused approach to patient care
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
