Regional Business Manager

Salary range: $70,138.85 - $85,000.00 Bonus and/or commission eligible. The Role Total compensation will be heavily weighted toward variable pay that directly reflects your individual and team contributions. This is a field-based role that involves territory planning, daily travel, and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects. Responsible for top line revenue growth, increasing market share and managing expenses in an assigned territory. Delivering revenue growth and driving sales into the Collision Repair and Independent Appraiser markets is the key focus of this position. This position will be for the Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK metro areas. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent communication and provide direction to the sales team to ensure they meet sales, product knowledge, customer service, and client satisfaction objectives. Assist with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives. Manage personal business expenses within company approved guidelines. Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to articulate its value and provide technical assistance. Work with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets. Implement required sales process and maintain proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) for activity tracking, pipeline management, and competitive intelligence. Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to generate sales plans. Develop Regional MSO sales plans consistent with short-range and long-range objectives. Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team on account plans. Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor and Inside Sales Representative to maximize revenue growth and drive customer retention. Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings. Conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and competitive landscape. Travel 50‑70% of the time. There are no direct reports to this position. Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; or Tulsa, OK metro areas.
