ServiceNow administration (4-6+ yrs) with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, JavaScript/Glide scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth2/JWT/SAML, MID Server, platform upgrades, AS-Admin certification, ITIL preferred, strong communication and stakeholder skills.

- 4-6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and associated applications.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI actions, and workflow design.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML.
- Hands-on experience with MID Server setup and maintenance.
- Proven experience with platform upgrades, release management, and performance optimization.
- ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator (AS-Admin) certification required.
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
