Outpatient IM Physician - Ambulatory Services

Overview We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in the Valleywise Health Care System in metro Phoenix, Arizona. The FQHC is part of the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance and is affiliated with Valleywise Health Medical Center. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to an underserved patient population. May have the opportunity to teach medical students and residents as part of the affiliated teaching program. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. degree. Active Arizona medical license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Experience or interest in outpatient medicine. Benefits Competitive compensation plan. Paid time off.
