If you're ready to create excitement and drive what's next in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.The APO Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality pouches while adhering to safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machines to produce pouches according to specificationsMonitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain optimal production levelsMaintain accurate production records via electronic and manual means and report any discrepancies to the Production SupervisorConduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issuesCollaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshootingAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentEnsure all products meet quality standards and specificationsPerform all job duties as assigned in the APO departmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in machine operation, G.D. machines preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsOfficial Contact InformationEmail: All official emails will come from an @Swisher.com addressWebsite: Verify job listings and contact details on We will never contact you via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meets.
