Job Overview:

Pay Range: $17.60hr - $29.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Must be able to commute into the office (in Englewood Cliffs) 3 times per week (Location may change to 30 Rock in New York City in 2026).
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Support role.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Click Boarding, SmartRecruiters, Workday, and/or Oracle HCM at a user or system administrator level.

Responsibilities:

• Refining and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Assisting with the administration and implementation of Talent Management Systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Onboarding.
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data related to talent metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
• Providing tier 1 & 2 support and assistance to various business units.
• Working with various stakeholders, including HR, recruiting, IT, and Talent Development, to optimize processes and systems.
• Perform regular audits to comply with regulations and internal policies (ex: I9s).
• Supporting and potentially managing the organization's effort to digitize and organize historical I9 documentation.
• Assist in preparing presentations and data visualizations for onboarding processes and audits.
• Understand system data flow, configuration and process design to analyze and support closing tier 1 & 2 tickets.
• Leverage specialized expertise in areas like process improvement and data analysis to optimize onboarding processes and documentations.

Qualification And Education:
