Advocate Health in Kannapolis seeks a Spiritual Care Provider for hospice services. Provides initial assessment, pastoral care, counseling, and end-of-life support to patients and families. Travel to patient homes, assisted living, and inpatient units is required. Work week is 40 hours with on-call weekend rotation and occasional overtime; 8:30am-5:00pm schedule. Full IRS mileage reimbursement is provided. Requires a Master's in Theology/Divinity/Religious Studies, ACPE CPE units (5 preferred), #J-18808-Ljbffr aah
