Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 75‑bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Covington, Ohio who is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and long‑term care, as well as a passion for providing compassionate and attentive care.

Responsibilities For Physical Therapy Assistant

• Assist in Delivering Treatment Plans
• Provide Direct Therapy Services
• Monitor and Document Progress
• Collaborate with the Care Team
• Adapt Activities and Equipment
• Encourage Resident Participation

Requirements For Physical Therapy Assistant

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio
• Passion for working with seniors in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑player mindset
• Prior SNF or rehab experience preferred—but we’ll welcome the right new grad too!
