Guide customers through the \"Step into Style\" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations across product categories and creating head-to-toe solutions that reflect their lifestyle and individual style. Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs. Stay informed on Cole Haan's seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer. Support Store Operations: Adhere to company policies and procedures & notify management of any infractions. Contrinute positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment. Follow all operational, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience. Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment. Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing. Execute all housekeeping tasks.
