About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Highland Oaks Healthcare Center, you will provide high‑quality physical therapy services to patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
