Shift Leaders make up to 16.00/17.00 per hour after training with tip sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and train Associates to uphold Donatos’ high quality standards
• Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the restaurant
• Engage enthusiastically with customers and resolve any concerns promptly
• Effectively manage food, labor, and operational costs
• Model and enforce performance and safety standards for the team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a restaurant setting
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts, and overtime
