At Euclid-Florence Coffee in Helena, MT, we’re searching for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional coffee experiences. As a Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading our barista teams and ensuring our shop runs like clockwork. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting barista teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coaching employees on performance, customer service, and procedures to help them grow and succeed.
• Maintaining shop cleanliness and ensuring operational standards are met.
• Communicating with management through bi-weekly reports to keep everyone aligned.
• Holding team meetings to relay company updates and foster collaboration.
• Assisting with scheduling, deposits, inventory, and shop organization to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promoting strong morale, accountability, and teamwork within the team.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for leadership and a knack for problem-solving. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
• A professional approach to coaching employees and helping them reach their potential.
• Reliability, organization, and self-motivation to manage day-to-day operations.
• Coffee or food service experience (preferred).
• Barista experience is required.
