Nosler is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in Redmond, Oregon. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; equivalent experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.
  • Two or more years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience working within a modern ERP system preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience and above average proficiency required.
Physical Demands
  • Frequently sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
  • Frequently use hands and fingers to operate computers, calculators, telephones, and office equipment.
  • Frequently communicate verbally and in writing with employees, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Must possess visual acuity sufficient to review financial reports, spreadsheets, and electronic records.
Work Environment
  • Primarily performed in a professional office environment.
  • Occasional requirements requiring exposure to production environment.
  • Regular use of computers and standard office equipment.
  • Normal office noise levels.
  • Occasional interruptions requiring changes in priorities.
  • Limited travel is generally not required.
