Job Details Location: Clearbrook Plaza 1835 - Arlington Heights, IL 60005 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $50,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, 35 hours/week About Clearbrook Clearbrook is a non‑profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools, services, and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Job Responsibilities Complete help desk functions by providing technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Coordinate off‑site, outside agency service and installation visits Provide routine and preventive maintenance on equipment Provide training materials on system software Qualifications Education: High School Diploma - Required Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Full Time Benefits Package Group term life insurance and long‑term disability insurance (fully paid for by Clearbrook!)
