Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical/Data Center Construction

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record leading hyperscale, mission-critical data center construction projects. In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale builds across the entire project lifecycle - from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout - owning the successful construction of the facility.

This is a construction leadership role focused on building and delivering the physical data center (CSA and MEP systems) - not IT infrastructure or operations. You will lead a large, cross-functional team and own forecasting, cost control, and financial outcomes in schedule-driven environments where speed-to-market, quality, and uptime are critical.

You’ll foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance - driving alignment across project teams, craft labor, and trade partners. Just as important, you’ll build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, bringing teams together to solve problems and deliver results. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment delivering high-density, technically complex construction projects for hyperscale data center clients, while helping shape lasting partnerships and Boldt's continued growth in the data center market.
