About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven, start-up nonprofit consulting organization. The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, practice building, financial strategy, revenue development, programmatic oversight, and organizational leadership. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in executive management, business building, and a strong background in multi-sector systems. The successful candidate will partner with the Board of Directors and the Founder to translate the organization's vision into a clear, actionable strategic roadmap, position the company as a premier partner for human-centered systems design, and establish the infrastructure for a scalable, high-impact enterprise. Key qualifications for the CEO include at least 15 years of professional experience, with a focus on executive leadership in mission-driven organizations or social impact ventures. The ideal candidate will have a background in business building, startup acumen, and a hybrid revenue experience, demonstrating success in both philanthropic and contract-based consulting revenue. Outstanding communication skills, a strong operational execution ability, and a deep commitment to the belief that human potential is dynamic and non-fixed are essential. The role also involves talent development, so the CEO must be adept at recruiting, supervising, and supporting staff to foster a mission-driven, high-accountability culture.
