Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of effective and safe care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patient health problems and needs.
Develop and implement nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
Educate patients and their families about health management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
