Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, support team performance, and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate workflow across all warehouse functions. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and plays a key part in staffing, training, scheduling, and process improvement. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise warehouse staff; hire, train, coach, and conduct performance evaluations Oversee daily operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping Maintain accurate inventory through tracking, physical counts, and discrepancy resolution Ensure proper inspection, documentation, and storage of incoming materials Coordinate inventory transfers and outbound shipments to meet schedule requirements Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a clean, organized facility Enforce safety standards, PPE compliance, and company policies Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments Approve payroll, manage disciplinary actions, and support HR processes Serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager when needed What You Bring Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks Experience with WMS, inventory systems, and forklift operation High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, critical care, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr
