We're Hiring: HVAC Warehouse Associate
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HVAC Warehouse Associate to support our field and office teams by managing inventory, staging materials, and ensuring timely deliveries of HVAC equipment and parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up, stage, inventory, and deliver HVAC parts and equipment

• Order parts via phone or online

• Work closely with field techs, office staff, and warehouse manager

• Safely drive cargo vans and box trucks for deliveries

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of warehouse experience

• 2+ years of commercial vehicle driving experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving record

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to pass drug screening and background check

• Comfortable with basic HVAC components and terminology

Preferred:

• 2+ years HVAC experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts

• Occasional overtime
