Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift - 18 hours per week - Part time - 3C Medical Stepdown

Registered Nurse – Night Shift (18hours/week, 7:00p.m.–7:00a.m.) at Christiana Hospital, 3C Medical Unit Stepdown and Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Responsibilities Deliver holistic, patient‑ and family‑centered care to 4–5 patients on each assignment. Monitor patients closely and manage any emergent situations. Provide education related to medications and disease processes. Support patients with a wide range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, COPD, acute renal failure, GI bleed, DKA, sepsis, and others. Participate in telemetry monitoring, non‑ventilator dependent trach collar and high‑flow nasal cannula management, wound care, and related tasks. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members and maintain a positive, professional approach. Qualifications BSN required; ADNs may be considered if committed to obtaining BSN within three years of hire. Minimum of one year of acute or sub‑acute care experience. BLS certification required.
