We are looking for individuals with a background in fine dining who understand the art of service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Position Overview

As a Server at Carlisles, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and sophisticated dining experience. This role requires strong menu knowledge, confidence in guest interaction, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and refined table service

Guide guests through menu selections, including food, wine, and cocktails

Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation

Execute proper service standards, including timing, pacing, and table maintenance

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience

Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Qualifications

2+ years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service

Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
