Cardiovascular Anesthesiology opening in Tyler, TXLocated in Tyler, TX - Dallas, TX 90mFull-time; PermanentEmployed Overview: Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist Join a well-established anesthesiology department with 25+ physicians and 65+ CRNAs Practice across a wide range of cases including cardiac, general surgery, GI, EP, OB, pulmonary, radiology, and surgical oncology Mix of medical direction (85%) and solo cases (15%); no medical supervision model Three call groups: General, Pediatric, and Cardiac General call approximately 1:16 (in-house) with post-call day off guaranteed Additional beeper and weekend call also approximately 1:16 Fair case distribution with strong team-oriented culture Flexible FTE options available (0.5, 0.75, 0.8, or full-time) Collaborative, physician-led environment within a large multi-specialty system Epic EMR utilized across inpatient and outpatient settings--- Compensation & Benefits: Competitive W-2 salary Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid malpractice, medical license, DEA, and professional dues Generous paid vacation Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, and retirement benefits CME allowance No state income tax--- About the Area:Tyler is a vibrant city in eastern Texas, located about 90 miles from Dallas, 100 miles from Shreveport, and 40 miles from Longview.
