We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.What you will be doingPerform day to day accounting processes and month end close entries and account reconciliationsPerform accounting close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial statements and supporting reportsPrepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves and account analysisPrepare schedules and supporting documentation related to external audit requirements, and interact with external auditors as requiredProcess vendor invoices, verify coding and ensure timely approvals and monitor accounts payable balancesProcess customer invoices, apply cash and reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable balancesParticipate in special projects as requestedPerforms necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processesIdentify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracyYou should have the followingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial dataAbility to convey financial information clearly to executives, peers, and auditors2-6 years of related accounting/finance work experienceUS Salary Range$73,500 - $103,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
