The Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

CenterWell Senior Primary Care Clinic located at 7551 Youree Drive, Suite 11, Shreveport, LA 71105 is seeking a NP/PA Variable Service Provider who can work 4-5 days a week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for 4-6 weeks. The clinic operates Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This opportunity would suit someone with a flexible schedule who can commit to full-time for this timeframe. Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree
• 8 or more years of technical experience
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Science of Nursing /PA
• Value Based Care or Primary Care experience

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 1

Pay Range: $149,800 - $206,100 per year
