RN/ LPN - FT Days

Overview Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, interdisciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care to residents. Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement care plans. Provide preventive care, health maintenance, diagnostic assessment, and treatment services for residents. Perform resident assessments, education, and other nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within scope of practice and competence. Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolve care/service concerns. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred; e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (preferred). Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure accepted for NLC states. Hold required department‑specific competencies and certifications. Compensation Salary Range: $28.00 - $48.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus available. Work Conditions Shift: 12‑hour day shift. Scheduled weekly hours: 36.
