Outpatient Primary Care Northern California Projected Base Salary: $148,000 $168,000 + Significant Bonus Potential

She Recruits is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Northern California to recruit a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants strong earning potential, meaningful work, and the lifestyle that comes with practicing medicine on the coast.

This is an outpatient, panel-based primary care role designed for providers who are comfortable managing complex medical needs within a fully integrated, team-based model.

The Opportunity

You ll practice in a collaborative setting supported by:

2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider 0.7 RN support Integrated Behavioral Health Chiropractic services Telehealth specialty consult resources

This is comprehensive, community-centered medicine structured to support quality outcomes and sustainable provider workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $148,627 $168,553 annually

Additional earning potential includes:

$12,400 guaranteed annual access bonus Up to $44,000 in production bonuses $25,000 sign-on + retention incentives Relocation reimbursement up to $20,000 total (if qualifying)
