Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree. We are currently seeking a Pre Weigh Operator for our Mohawk Labs facility located in Irving, TX. The Ideal candidate will have some production filling/manufacturing experience, moderate computer experience, have a good work ethic, can handle physical work, and have good attendance. We have a proven training program that will teach you the responsibilities of this job which include: Pour and weigh raw material for manufacturing. Read and interpret manufacture word order. Provide detailed paperwork flow to maintain inventory accuracy Control component usage in pre‑weigh operation Operate Pallet Jack / Stand Up Lift Clean and Inventory Tanks Handle Hazardous Waste and Control Waste Stream/Flow Must be able to handle drums up to 700 lbs. Must be willing and able to work overtime. Able to drive a stand‑up lift, or willing to learn. Basic math skills Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager High School Diploma or GED. Excellent interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Standup Forklift: 1 year (Preferred We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification .
