Job Summary Milestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team. Duties and Responsibilities Provides applied behavior analytic assessment, consultation, therapy and treatment planning for patient care Directs and educates caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians on implementing therapy as designed Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with the patients Monitors and assesses performance of Registered Behavior Technicians, patients, and organizations to ensure correct treatment Collaborates with family and treatment team members to develop effective treatment plan Maintains confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information Documents, maintains records, and bills in designated systems Demonstrates time management to complete all required documentation for medical records and billing Participates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetings Works collaboratively with other disciplines Presents on behavioral health topics to individuals in the community Compensation and Benefits Milestone Health Partners values offering a flexible work schedule to assist staff in balancing career and family responsibilities.
