EHR Specialist, Entry-Level Location: Latrobe, PA (Onsite) Help Drive Quality Care Through Accurate Health Information At Adelphoi , our work transforms lives. We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused EHR Specialist to support our Electronic Health Records (EHR) Department. What You'll Do Process and review forms for electronic data entry Accurately enter and maintain information within multiple databases Verify data for completeness and accuracy, correcting errors as needed Research and resolve discrepancies in documentation Generate electronic reports and assist with data tracking initiatives Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools to organize and analyze information Provide end-user support for Adelphoi's Electronic Health Record system Create training materials, user guides, manuals, and PowerPoint presentations Assist staff with EHR-related questions and system navigation What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, preferably with business-related coursework Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an office or administrative setting preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong customer service and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Preferred Skills: Experience with electronic health record systems or database management Experience creating reports, training materials, or user documentation Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and spreadsheets Why Adelphoi?
