Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sacramento, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a skilled nursing facility in Sacramento, CA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while providing coverage for paternity leave. This 86‑bed facility uses in‑house therapy to support team cohesion and expects 85% productivity. EMR systems include Net Health and PCC. New graduates are welcome. Provide your resume to substitute and support potential redeployment to other post‑acute care locations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience or comfort with SNF/skilled nursing environments preferred. Experience using Net Health and PCC EMR preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 85% target). Preferred Qualifications Previous travel or float experience across post‑acute care sites preferred. Experience supervising or mentoring newer clinicians preferred. Assignment Details Shift: Days.
