Responsibilities:

• Order materials for upcoming jobs.
• Contact customers and keep them informed throughout the project.
• Schedule project start dates and coordinate crews.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Perform job site check-ins as needed.
• Collect final payments when projects are completed.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and communication.
• Work closely with sales staff and production teams.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
