NOW HIRING: DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing
Schedule free inspections and consultations for homeowners
Educate customers on:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Replacement windows
- Gutters & gutter protection systems
- Deck construction & home renovations
Build and maintain strong homeowner relationships
Follow up on leads and guide customers through the sales process
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (willing to travel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
Sales experience preferred, not required
Must pass a background check
