Charge Registered Nurse – Main Operating Room Santa Rosa, CA | Full-Time | Permanent
8-Hour Day Shift

We’re looking for an experienced Charge RN to join a busy Main Operating Room team. This role is ideal for a perioperative nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily Main OR operations

• Support and mentor nursing staff

• Coordinate patient care and surgical workflow

• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and other clinical teams

• Promote patient safety and quality care

• Support staff development and quality improvement

What You’ll Need

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active California RN License
  
  
• BLS – AHA
  
  
• At least 1 year of RN experience with leadership
  
  
• 2+ years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience
  
  
• Acute care hospital experience

• OR/Perioperative nursing experience

• RN leadership experience

• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire
