The Personnel Recruiter is responsible for attracting and identifying qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves managing the recruitment process from sourcing to evaluation, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and supporting the hiring managers in making informed decisions.(MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH)

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels to ensure a diverse candidate pool
- Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
- Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
- Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
